Division of Festivals Welcomes Suggestions for Carnival on St. Thomas

As preparations continue for the 2019-20 Crucian Christmas Festival, the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism’s Division of Festivals is inviting members of the community to submit suggestions for a theme for the 2020 Carnival on St. Thomas.
